Wallet and Multiple Currencies

The wallet on Viu-Viu is your personal account for managing funds on the platform. It allows you to easily deposit, withdraw, and track your transactions. With support for multiple currencies and secure processing, the wallet ensures a seamless and hassle-free gaming experience. Whether you're adding funds for gameplay or withdrawing your winnings, the wallet provides a convenient and user-friendly solution.

What We Can See in the Wallets Tab

The Wallets tab on the Viu-Viu provides a clear overview of your account balance and transaction history. Here's what it includes:

Wallet Information

• • Default Wallet: Displays your primary currency wallet.
  • Main Account Balance: Shows the available funds in your main account.
  • Bonus Account Balance: Indicates the amount in your bonus account.

Actions

• • Deposit: A green button allows you to add funds to your wallet.
  • Withdrawal: A button for withdrawing your funds directly from the platform.

Add Wallet

• • There is an option to + Add Wallet, enabling users to create additional wallets for other currencies or purposes.

What We Can See in the Transactions Tab

The Transactions tab provides a detailed overview of all financial activities, categorized for convenience:

Transaction Categories

• • Deposits: Displays a list of all deposit transactions.
  • Withdrawals: Shows the details of your withdrawal requests.
  • Bonuses: Tracks any bonuses received or used.

Time Period Filter

• • You can filter transactions by a specific time frame, such as the All time.

Search Bar

• • A search option is available to quickly find specific transactions by keyword, amount, or date.

Transaction List

• • A table is displayed with transaction details. If no transactions are recorded, the message "No transactions" is shown.

Navigation Options

• • Use the Previous and Next buttons to browse through pages if there are multiple transactions.

How to Add Another Currency to Your Account.

This process allows you to diversify your account by adding and managing multiple currencies efficiently.

Access the Wallet Tab

• • Go to the Wallet section of your account where your current wallet(s) are displayed.
    

Click “+ Add Wallet”

• • Locate and click the + Add Wallet button on the right side of the screen. This will open the currency selection menu.
    

Choose a Currency

• • In the pop-up window labeled “Add account”, you will see a dropdown menu with available currency options such as:
    • USD (United States Dollar)
    • USDT (Tether)
    • TRX (TRON)
    • BTC (Bitcoin)
    • and other currencies available from the list.
  • Select the desired currency from the list.
    

Confirm the Addition

• • Once you select the currency, the new wallet will appear alongside your existing wallet(s) in the Wallet tab.

Set as Default (Optional)

• • To make the new wallet your Default Wallet, click the Make default button on the new wallet card.
    
  • The label “Default Wallet” will appear on the selected wallet, indicating that it is now the primary account for transactions.
    

Manage Wallets

• • You can now deposit, withdraw, or manage funds in the new currency wallet. Your wallets are displayed side by side for easy access.
